What are the Features? |
|
You'll never need to buy more T-Cards. You just create a new one whenever you want within the system.
T-Cards can be created once and then replicated every day, week, month, etc.
Everyone in your office on your network can have access to the boards for viewing, adding and editing.
It is suitable for any Windows (95 or later) or NT operating system.
You can create as many Projects as you wish; in this context the project would be representative of the board.
Each project can feature up to 32 panels.
Each panel can feature up to 90 slots.
The T-Cards can be re sorted in any order within an instant.
The T-Cards can be displayed dependent on date if required.
The T-Cards can be displayed dependent on time in time intervals decided by yourselves.
Each card can be assigned a color of your choice.
When the T-Card is in the panel the field of your choice is visible, whether that be, for example, a name, a number, a car registration or a time.

- The T-Cards can be dragged between panels, and thus quickly reassigned.
- You assign names to each of the respective fields on the card so they are meaningful to your particularly business.
- Each card features a memo field which can comprise a vast amount of text (65,500 characters that's about 25 pages of letter size paper!).
- The system allows for a number of predefined reports, and a printed version of the board.
- There is an inbuilt Find facility to quickly locate a card.
- There is an inbuilt Replicate facility to produce the same card for a number of days or weeks.
- The system will cope comfortably with up to about 1.5 million T-Cards in one project. (Typically on a project comprising 8 panels with 20 slots in each all occupied that's about 10,000 days or about 25 years worth!)
- There are options to enable you to configure the system to get the best use for your organization.
- And as if that wasn't enough there is the ability to reanalyze the T-Cards in a different way to that originally intended, i.e. by one of the attributes on the card.
